Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall exclusively apply to offers and deliveries of CTI GmbH (Germany).

CTI GmbH enters into agreements with Business Customers who are either
a. having full legal capacity and are over 18 years of age, or
b. entities resident or having registered offices in Europa
the contract if an offer of other individuals or entities than
those mentioned above was accepted by mistake.
A contract between CTI and the Customer will be concluded by the order of the Customer, on the one hand, and the delivery of the ordered articles by CTI, on the other hand. Upon receipt of the order, CTI will immediately send Customers an e-mail confirming this receipt.
Orders may be placed by Online-Order, FAX, eMail or mail. For many reasons (security, proof of purchaser, etc) we prefer orders by FAX. Other ways should be avoided and only delay the shipment until clarifications and authorization are settled.
Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Both Express and Economy shipment are available. Goods are usually delivered within 5-6 days. If an article of an order is not available for immediate delivery, it will be delivered separately free of charge.
Prices & VAT
All prices for goods in the CTI- Onlineshop , in pricelists and in offers are exclude VAT and exclude other taxes. Our invoice will display not only the price for the goods in Euro but also any other elements of the ultimate price charged (i.e. VAT, delivery costs)

We accepts: cash in advance, payment on invoice (for regular customers)
All products we offer have two year warranty. Some of our suppliers may offer a longer warranty period which we gladly support.
I. We don't accept for a refund:
a. electronically delivered software products (e.g. email, download)
. Invest securely with CTI. If any function we explicit assured
. you does not functioning and our engineers cannot solve the problem
. within 48 hours then we'll gladly refund the product. We only expect you
. to provide the needed help to our engineers to locate and fix the problem.
b. large orders, custom orders or products especially made for a customer
. (this special case is printed on the invoice).
II. In all other cases customers are permitted to return products within 30 days provided:
a. every effort to solve the problem within 72 hours through our technical support staff has failed.
b. the disk or CD seals of a software product are not broken and the contents,
. including documentation, are in a resalable condition.
c. a valid RMA (return authorization number) is displayed on the outside of the returned package.
. (A RMA number may be obtainedby contacting the CTI GmbH)
d. the customer pays the shipping costs and retains proof of shipment.
If theabove criteria are not satisfactorily met, CTI reserves the right to refuse merchandise or send back to the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied against credit issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.
